charcoal-grilled yakitori restaurant
uses Kamitosa Binchotan charcoal.
They use Kuroiwa Dori chicken and Unamayama Jidori chicken from Miyazaki Prefecture, Omi Kurodori chicken and Omi chicken from Shiga Prefecture, and Aigamo duck from Kawachi, Osaka. They grill the chicken over Kamitosa Binchotan charcoal using a secret sauce that has been added to since Torifuku was founded in Yao, Osaka in 1978.
All of the dressings used in the restaurant are handmade.
They also offer hydroponic salads and rice from Fukui Prefecture.
