Is there a nursing room?
Located on the 2nd floor of the Keihan Mall Main Building. Please see the facility guide
Are there baby seats where I can change my baby's diapers?
They are installed in the women's restrooms on basement floor 1F of Keihan Mall, 1F-3F of the main building, and 2F-6F of the hotel, as well as on the 1st and 2nd floors of KiKi Kyobashi.
*Men can also use the 3rd floor of the hotel.
Are there wheelchair accessible toilets?
Located on the 1st floor of the main building of Keihan Mall, and on the 1st, 2nd and 5th floors of KiKi Kyobashi. Please see the floor guide
Can I bring pets into the facility?
Pets are not allowed in shops, restaurants, or cafes that sell foodPlease note that assistance dogs for the physically disabled (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) are allowed throughout the building
Is there parking available? How is the fee determined?
There is a parking lot at Keihan Mall that can accommodate 165 cars, and at KiKi Kyobashi there is a parking lot that can accommodate 40 cars

What is the nearest station?
Keihan Mall is directly connected to Kyobashi Station on the Keihan Railway. It can also be accessed directly from Kyobashi Station on the JR and Osaka Metro.
KiKi Kyobashi and K-Buratto are a short walk west of the Katamachi exit of Kyobashi Station on the Keihan Railway, and a short walk from Kyobashi Station on the JR and Osaka Metro.
