A specialty restaurant for charcoal-grilled
yakitori, using high-quality binchotan charcoal from Tosa.
We use Kuroiwa chicken and Unama mountain chicken from Miyazaki Prefecture, Omi black chicken and Omi chicken from Shiga Prefecture, and duck from Kawachi, Osaka. We grill the yakitori over high-quality binchotan charcoal using a secret sauce that has been passed down since the establishment of "Torifuku" in Yao, Osaka in 1978.
All the dressings used in the restaurant are also homemade.
We also offer hydroponically grown salads and rice from Fukui Prefecture.
