I fell in love with the old-fashioned Sapporo miso ramen and trained to recreate the flavor.
The soup is made with a handmade method that is not sessy, and is carefully made every day, using plenty of pork belly, chicken belly, and aromatic vegetables. The homemade miso is made with white miso as a base and is paired with strong, roasted egg noodles that bring out the sweetness.
I make a bowl of woks with every order and seriously.
