\Festival Committee presents/Make a Gochamori Keychain! Workshop held

Event space in front of "Capriccilemagne" on the 2nd floor of the main building

We will be holding workshops at Keihan City Mall, Keihan Mall, Hirakata Mall, and KUZUHA MALL where you can choose up to four parts from three different types and create your own "mixed key chain"!

A gochamori keychain is a voluminous keychain made with various mascots and parts attached.
With the recent capsule toy boom, many people enjoy attaching lots of charms to their bags and keys.

The festival committee's version allows you to create your own original keychain using upcycled acrylic and fabric parts!
The acrylic parts are made in collaboration with TOKYO ACRYL, a company we've been collaborating with since 2023, and involve taking the time to reuse parts, dyes, and pigments that would otherwise be discarded during the manufacturing process.
The fabric parts are made with the help of "KUMO," a group of volunteers from Kyoto Women's University who have been working together to upcycle used clothing and fabric collected along the Keihan Line!

It's a very simple activity that involves just attaching the parts you've chosen to a circular carabiner, so it can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from small children to adults.
Participation is free, so please come and join us!
