The shop name "Torutai Shio" is a bit strange, but
if you read it backwards it actually means "delicious tart"!
This shop specializes in fresh tarts filled with fruit , born from the desire to "eat sweets casually" and "enjoy a variety of flavors."
The most popular item is the "Strawberry Gorgeous Tart" (620 yen including tax).
The generous amount of strawberries has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and
is a perfect match with the gently sweet custard and crispy tart.
