*The applicable lenses will be 40% off from the store price (excluding tax) for up to three months in both eyes. (Example for 3 months for both eyes: Up to 6 boxes for 30 1-day lenses, up to 2 boxes for 90 lenses, up to 18 boxes for 10 lenses)
* Purchases over 3 months for both eyes are not eligible. Lens are 25% off the retail price (excluding tax) per box.
*The number of boxes that can be purchased is limited to the number of boxes that can be purchased as specified in the prescription (instructions, etc.).
