Summer limited menu
The Afternoon Tea Tea Room has introduced a summer-only menu.

■Sicilian lemon-scented lemon and pistachio parfait
(with tea) 1,750 yen (tax included)
Refreshing Sicilian lemon sauce and custard are layered with Muscat jelly, grapefruit and mint marinade, pistachio whipped cream, and cocoa granola, and topped with lemon sorbet and pistachio ice cream.
*Sicilian lemon is used in part of the sauce and custard.

■ Thick-cut bacon and fried eggplant Trapanese
(with bread and tea) 1,700 yen (tax included)
A tomato sauce made with almonds, basil sauce, and Parmesan cheese, with the acidity of white wine vinegar. Topped with fresh tomatoes and green olives.
