The Instagram community was born in 2017 when Brooklyn, New York, married couple Wally Koval and Amanda Koval started making a "travel bucket list." Fascinated by "Wes Anderson-esque" places, they started collecting photos of them on Instagram, quickly receiving information from all over the world, and have now grown into a community of around 2 million people. Their first book, "Accidentally Wes Anderson," became a New York Times bestseller and has been published in eight languages. Exhibitions have also been held around the world.
