Afternoon Tea Tea Room is holding the TEA FES again this year! For 12 days only, starting on Saturday, November 1st (Tea Day), you can enjoy three exclusive chai-inspired menu items.

We combined it with unpeeled chestnut paste to create a rich and creamy marron chai. Served with chestnut whipped cream topped with chestnuts.

■ Apple Crumble Chai (center of photo)

Rich chai topped with cinnamon-flavored apple filling, homemade tea crumble, and whipped cream.

Baked Sweet Potato Maple Chai (photo on the right)

This chai, which has the gentle sweetness of rich roasted sweet potato paste, is paired with a jelly containing maple syrup.

A rich cream sauce made with porcini mushrooms and tamari soy sauce, combined with roast chicken, maitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and romanesco mushrooms.
