■Apple Zuccotto Shortcake Christmas Plate
(with tea) 1,680 yen (tax included)

Fluffy sponge cake sandwiched with cinnamon-flavored apple filling, chocolate chips, and zuccotto cream made with almonds, topped with homemade apple compote. Served with apple-shaped choux rusks and apple and berry sauce.

Pistachio chocolate and hazelnut cream gateau
(with tea) 1,850 yen (tax included)

Pistachio ganache, which allows you to enjoy the crunchy texture of roasted coconut, is layered on top of a rich chocolate gateau, sandwiched between hazelnut cream and raspberry jam. Topped with sweet and sour strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream.

■ Christmas Beef Stew Doria Set
(with tea) 2,500 yen (tax included)

Beef stew in a brown sauce with a hint of red wine is combined with bechamel sauce to create a doria-style dish. A Christmas-only set featuring carrot rapée, rosemary potatoes, and berry tiramisu.
