■ Fluffy Scone Sandwich Strawberry
(with tea) 1,890 yen (tax included)
A fluffy and crispy scone with vanilla beans sandwiched with fresh strawberries and lemon milk whipped cream. Served with strawberry gelato and sweet and sour strawberry sauce.

■Mentaiko and salmon cream sauce pasta
(with bread and tea) 1,730 yen (tax included)
A sauce made with mentaiko, anchovies, and Parmesan cheese, combined with salmon and rape blossoms. Yuzu oil adds an accent.
<Implementation period> December 26th (Friday) to January 28th (Wednesday)

Red snow crab and soft-boiled egg cheese doria
(with tea) 1,780 yen (tax included)
This cheese doria is made with sweet and juicy red snow crab, a béchamel sauce with steamed spring onions, and butter rice, topped with a soft-boiled egg and baked. The aroma is accented by Italian smoked olive oil
