The Afternoon Tea Tea Room has introduced a new spring-only menu

■Sakura and Strawberry Mont Blanc Waffle
(with tea) 1,850 yen (tax included)
A waffle layered with lemon cheese whipped cream and topped with cherry whipped cream and strawberries. Served with strawberry sauce with a subtle cherry blossom scent, cherry ice cream, white chocolate and meringue granola.
<Implementation period> Thursday, March 5th to Wednesday, April 22nd

Salmon and avocado salad chirashi (with tea) 1,830 yen (tax included)
Salmon, shrimp, flying fish roe, etc. are placed on rice with a sweet and sour ginger and red onion marinade, and topped with avocado, small shrimp and radish sour cream marinade. Wasabi soy sauce dressing adds an accent.
