■ Peach Milk Tea Lassi Float

A lassi made with milk tea infused with the fragrant aroma of white peaches, topped with peach sauce and vanilla ice cream.

■White Peach and Raspberry Blancmange Parfait
(with Tea) ¥1,850 (tax included)

Blancmange with raspberry sauce hidden inside is combined with white peach sauce, lychee and sour cream whipped cream, homemade tea crumble, and white peach gelato to create a parfait.

■Cold Fresh Pasta with Red Snow Crab and Tomato
(with bread and tea) ¥1,760 (tax included)

Sweet and juicy red snow crab and mozzarella cheese are combined with an organic tomato gazpacho sauce. Topped with cherry tomatoes and crab broth jelly.
